Job Description

This position is for a proactive and meticulous investment controller within a financial operations team focused on private markets. The role emphasizes investment oversight, collaborating with international teams, managing relationships, overseeing investment activities, and generating reports for private equity initiatives.

Responsiblities

Coordinate with international teams for activities related to investment oversight; Manage relationships with a wide range of internal teams and stakeholders; Monitor and analyze investment activities within private equity initiatives; Perform reconciliations of monthly valuations provided by the administrator; Supervise and manage work conducted by external third-party service providers; Prepare regular reports for private equity initiatives; Engage in forecasting, efficient cash management, and performance evaluation of private equity funds; Fulfill both one-time and ongoing investor requests; Participate actively in a variety of projects and implementation of initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Possess a degree or certification in accounting or finance; Over 5 years of experience in private equity accounting, controlling, or reporting; Strong IT capabilities and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Proficiency in English and German languages; Excellent communication skills; A detail-oriented and self-driven individual capable of meeting stringent deadlines.
