Captive Administrator in Zürich City – Full Time

Job Description

This position is with a leading global professional services firm offering a wide range of risk, retirement, and health solutions. The role involves being part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting captive companies in Zurich.

Responsiblities

The role requires assisting with risk, compliance, and accounting matters for clients and colleagues. It involves supporting clients and function holders in daily business operations and company development, assisting leaders in various workstreams, preparing for board meetings, creating and reviewing management accounts, analyzing transactions, and recommending solutions. Participation in ad-hoc projects will also be part of the duties.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have completed a Swiss commercial apprenticeship and holds further education in accounting, law, or economics. They will possess 3-5 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry and have a general knowledge of the insurance industry. The role is suitable for someone who enjoys administrative tasks, has a client-oriented mindset, and holds a high degree of confidentiality. Mother tongue German with excellent English language skills is required, with French being an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
