Job Description

In this role, you’ll be integral to the Project Management Office at the Solothurn site, contributing to the adoption of advanced diabetes care solutions and ensuring the successful implementation of project methodologies.

Responsiblities

Support the management of project performance by monitoring budgets, schedules, and scope, as well as administrating necessary tools and actions. Prepare and document meeting minutes efficiently and manage various administrative tasks, including overseeing time records, absences, and purchase requisitions. Drive process improvements by enhancing workflows, adopting new tools, and optimizing communication channels across the organization. Facilitate smooth collaboration across different teams to achieve organizational alignment and project success.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess a master’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field, or have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required along with the ability to utilize pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization for analysis and reporting. Experience with tools like Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to develop insightful project dashboards is necessary. Familiarity with project management tools such as PQForce and SAP PS is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German would be beneficial.
