Responsiblities

The role involves managing the operational implementation of sustainable discretionary banking mandates that cater to an international clientele. Moreover, it includes executing and centralizing trades for various mandates and investment funds. The position requires the creation and maintenance of strategic building blocks and model portfolios necessary for all mandates, including premium offerings. The role further entails contributing to the global expansion efforts, centralizing various tasks, and assisting in the onboarding of future business operations. Supporting team leaders and fund managers in their administrative functions is also a critical part of the job.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a university degree in Economics or Business Administration, or an equivalent banking education. Applicants should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in the financial services or investment management sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, while knowledge of Avaloq is considered an advantage. The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Fluency in both German and English is required for this position.
