Job Description

The organization provides fund administration services primarily to private equity funds, managing over 30 billion euros in assets under administration. The office is located in Luxembourg, and they are seeking a motivated senior officer to join their Transfer Agency Team. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with a team of nine specialists dedicated to delivering quality services to German and international clients. New team members will benefit from personalized onboarding to enhance their expertise and professional growth. Responsiblities

– Conduct AML and tax due diligence for onboarding new investors. – Carry out ongoing AML reviews and monitoring of investors, including AML screening. – Maintain investor contact details in the CRM system, oversee fund registers, and process transfers and conversions within these programs. – Issue notices of acceptance, capital calls, and distribution, as well as investor communications, such as capital account statements, quarterly reports, and financial statements, in a timely manner. – Prepare FATCA/CRS reports diligently. – Keep records and maintain updated procedures manuals for transfer agency and anti-money laundering procedures.

Required Qualifications

– University degree in business, law, or a related field. – A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a transfer agency role. – Proficient communication skills in both German and English are required. – Strong knowledge of relevant AML/CFT requirements. – Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Offer

Competitive compensation package including an employer-sponsored supplementary pension scheme, with annual leave above the legal minimum of 30 days. The role also offers regular company and group events and workshops within and outside Luxembourg. A flexible working policy allows the option to work from a satellite office in Wasserbillig up to three days a week or from home up to two days a week, subject to cross-border home office work limitations.
