Responsiblities

In this role, you will lead the design and development of high-performance and user-friendly web applications. You’ll be responsible for making architectural decisions that ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of frontend systems. Close collaboration with product managers, backend developers, and UX/UI designers is essential to ensure seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will mentor frontend developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications

Looking for candidates with extensive experience in building and managing complex frontend systems, demonstrated by a strong portfolio. Mastery in modern JavaScript frameworks and a deep understanding of state management, component-based architecture, and responsive design are crucial. Candidates should have leadership experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. A passion for exploring and implementing the latest frontend technologies is important, along with a commitment to quality in performance optimization, testing, and debugging. Proficiency in English is required.
