Responsiblities

Your tasks include managing investment capital processes such as calls, distributions, and wire payment confirmations. You will maintain the treasury system by handling internal and external data. Engage with external partners like general partners and banks while supporting data processing tasks. Additional responsibilities include filing and document management, managing a centralized email inbox, and performing ad-hoc duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess a higher degree in business administration, accounting, or finance. A minimum of two years’ experience in financial services, especially in funds or treasury, is required. Experience with payment processing and treasury operations is an advantage. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is beneficial. A committed and detail-oriented mindset, along with strong teamwork skills, is pivotal.
