Responsiblities

Tasks include managing investment capital calls and distributions, confirming wire payments, and maintaining treasury systems with both internal and external data. You will interact with external entities like partners and banks and support inbound data processing teams. Responsibilities also involve filing and uploading investment documents, managing email inboxes, and performing various administrative duties as required.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a commercial apprenticeship or a higher degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, along with at least two years of relevant experience in the financial services industry. Experience with payment processing and treasury activities is advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is beneficial. Applicants should have a precise and accurate work style, be eager to learn, and enjoy working in dynamic environments.
