Job Description

Responsiblities

The role involves establishing and leading a new team focused on transaction servicing, coordinating and optimizing workflows, overseeing activities related to physical processes, disclosure, and management. Developing team skills, implementing process improvements, and supporting project capacity management activities are key to this role.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess extensive experience in transaction servicing with proven skills in implementing digital tools. Strong leadership experience, focusing on team development, and excellent communication abilities in English and German are necessary. Experience in process optimization and project management is advantageous.
