Responsiblities
The responsibilities include managing daily client relationships, efficiently handling client orders across various asset classes, managing account openings, and maintaining daily client correspondence. Additional tasks involve processing payment instructions and corporate actions, supporting the relationship manager in documentation and planning business trips, collaborating on identifying new business opportunities, providing support on compliance-related tasks, preparing KYC files, overseeing account processes, and handling various administrative duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in banking/finance, be fluent in Russian, English, or French, and have around 5-7 years of experience in Swiss banking as a private banking assistant. A readiness to pursue CWMA SAQ exams (if not already completed), experience or interest in compliance tasks, strong communication and presentation skills, and a good knowledge of financial markets are needed. The role requires resilience, proactivity, team collaboration, and a commitment to a full-time position.
