Associate Project Manager Fribourg Full-time

Job Description

An opportunity for a dedicated project manager with expertise in systems and network engineering. This position involves leading an infrastructure team and overseeing network and systems management. The successful candidate will be part of the team implementing IT systems across multiple continents, requiring valid and transferable work authorization in Switzerland.

Responsiblities

Provide professional IT support to users across various regions. Coordinate technical support for IT services, manage and train users. Administer IT networks and systems including servers and infrastructure. Oversee IT equipment management in collaboration with local teams. Participate in the administration of central Swiss infrastructure. Lead IT infrastructure projects across Europe and Africa. Conduct technical missions, approximately 30 per year, in Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Windows Server and OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS. Familiar with TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and VPN technologies. Experienced with Fortinet, VMware, and Citrix. Competent in MS Exchange and SQL databases. Knowledge of VEEAM and Veritas Backup systems. Skilled in managing IT hardware and projects. Fluent in English and French.
