Job Description

This position seeks a motivated Payment Analyst to join a team of fund administration professionals committed to delivering quality service. The role offers individualized onboarding and the opportunity to work in an international team, fostering open dialogue, teamwork, and a positive spirit.

Responsiblities

– Manage investment capital calls and distributions. – Ensure wire payment confirmations. – Maintain Treasury System with accurate data. – Collaborate with partners and banks. – Support inbound data processing and document management. – Assist with system data cleanup and file management. – Handle centralized email inboxes and perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

– Completed commercial apprenticeship or higher degree in business, accounting, or finance. – Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in funds or treasury. – Proficiency in payment processing and treasury operations preferred. – Working proficiency in English, knowledge of German advantageous. – Detail-oriented and eager to learn. – Strong social and teamwork skills, thriving in a dynamic environment.
