Job Description

A global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement, and health solutions is seeking a Captive Administrator. The successful candidate will join the Captive Management Team to support clients and colleagues effectively in their day-to-day operations. In Switzerland, this firm operates across several divisions, employing approximately 350 people in various locations. Join an inclusive environment promoting growth and development.

Responsiblities

Assist with risk, compliance, and accounting matters for clients and colleagues. Support the development of client businesses and regulatory compliance. Prepare and present matters at board meetings. Involve in creating and reviewing management accounts and various reporting requirements. Offer solutions for transactions and processes. Participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have Swiss commercial apprenticeship credentials and may benefit from further education in accounting, law, or economics. 3 to 5 years’ experience in the (re)insurance sector is needed. A strong grasp of insurance products and industry developments is desired. Candidates should enjoy administrative work within a corporate setting, demonstrate a willingness to increase their responsibilities, and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in German is required, with English fluency and French as an advantage.
