Responsiblities

– Take charge of ensuring adherence to the prevailing standards for anti-money laundering.- Conduct comprehensive exposure evaluations for new and existing clients to identify potential financial crime risks.- Handle account opening requests and conduct periodic Know Your Client reviews in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.- Advise advisors on aspects concerning anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.- Execute risk assessments, thematic reviews, and in-depth analyses in designated areas.- Engage actively in various compliance projects and contribute to their successful implementation.

Required Qualifications

– Possess higher education qualifications, such as a university degree in law or economics, or an equivalent such as a diploma in compliance management.- Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial crime compliance role, ideally within a Swiss banking environment involving complex account activities and client reviews, with comprehensive knowledge of AML and related regulations.- Exhibit strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently and flexibly, and demonstrate good communication aptitude.- Display a team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude, ownership in responsibility areas, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.- Capable of working under pressure, prioritizing tasks, and making decisive decisions.- Fluent in both German and English.
