Job Description

Responsiblities

The role involves offering daily support to Client Relationship Managers and the Desk Head with administrative and commercial tasks. Responsibilities include managing daily cash operations and corporate actions, executing trades across major asset classes including FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, options, and private equity. Additionally, preparing and coordinating client meetings and organizing business trips for CRMs fall under this role. Supporting CRMs with compliance or customer-related projects and creating Know Your Customer files with the CRM’s assistance are also tasks to be handled. Managing the account opening and closing processes along with conducting other administrative duties and ad-hoc requests as needed is essential.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, or a completed bank apprenticeship or equivalent banking education. A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft tools and exposure to Avaloq is considered beneficial. Applicants should demonstrate strong customer service ethics, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English and French is crucial, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
