Job Description

A global leader in the development and manufacturing of high-performance motion control components is seeking a resilient and motivated finance manager to oversee financial operations and contribute to the organization’s growth. The role involves managing a team of financial professionals, ensuring timely financial reporting, and developing strategic budgets and forecasts. The successful candidate will maintain finance systems, apply internal controls, and support project development and execution.

Responsiblities

Lead the finance department, overseeing a team of skilled professionals. Directly report to senior leadership, ensuring accurate financial closings and facilitating budget and forecast plans. Conduct thorough financial reviews and establish performance metrics through KPIs and dashboards. Manage enterprise finance systems and uphold robust internal controls. Support and drive development projects, serving as an expert financial advisor to stakeholders. Oversee financial reporting, mitigate risks, and manage currency exposure through hedging strategies. Develop automated tools for tracking profitability, and assist production with execution systems.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, coupled with at least five years of management experience in investment and industrial controlling. Proficiency in Swiss GAAP, IFRS reporting, and strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential. Familiarity with integrated ERP systems, VBA, and business intelligence tools is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in French and English are required, while knowledge of German is considered an asset.
