Job Description

Responsiblities

Lead and establish a new team within the realm of Transaction Servicing, optimizing workflows and coordinating team activities. Oversee functions related to Physical, Disclosure, and TA Management, fostering the development of team members’ competencies. Identify opportunities for process enhancements to boost efficiency. Support the separation of tasks with minimal synergies to free up resources for project-oriented work.

Required Qualifications

Substantial experience in Transaction Servicing with a track record of utilizing digital tools in transaction processes. Proven leadership in team development, exhibiting strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent abilities in collaboration and communication across departments. Advantageous experience in process optimization and project management. Fluency in English and German, with strong verbal and written skills in both.
