Responsiblities

Build and nurture strong relationships with internal advisers and external prospects such as family offices and independent asset managers. Conduct thorough market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with portfolio management to understand and convey investment strategies to clients. Craft and deliver compelling pitches to potential investors, while also providing updates and reports to existing clients. Monitor and evaluate sales performance, offering insightful feedback to management. Stay informed on the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications

A solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management is essential. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience. An outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills is crucial. Proven success in achieving sales targets and building professional relationships is required. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a strong ethical compass, able to demonstrate commitment to excellence and a proactive approach. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is essential. Fluency in both German and English is necessary, with French being a significant advantage.
