Responsiblities

Design solutions to address identified gaps and draft detailed business requirement documents and JIRA tickets. Facilitate workshops and meetings with key stakeholders. Conduct both system and user acceptance testing, sharing findings with relevant teams. Evaluate business processes for potential improvements.

Required Qualifications

Possess 2-3 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an organized working style. Ability to comprehend intricate challenges and develop straightforward solutions. Comfortable working independently in a demanding environment to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
