Responsiblities

Develop trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their objectives. Act as a conduit of communication between clients and internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services. Resolve any client issues or complaints to maintain client trust.

Required Qualifications

Possess a commercial qualification equivalent to a federal certificate. Proficient in French with good English skills; additional languages are a plus. Enjoy engaging directly with customers to support their needs. Exhibit a flair for sales, strong social skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
