Job Description

This position seeks an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join a team of fund administration professionals. Responsiblities

The responsibilities include handling investment capital calls, managing distributions, and confirming wire payments. Maintaining internal and external data within the Treasury System and coordinating with external partners, including general partners and banks, are essential tasks. The role also involves supporting data processing teams, managing incoming investment-related documents, and maintaining digital records. Additional duties include email inbox management and other tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess a higher degree in business administration, finance, or accounting. With a minimum of two years’ experience in the financial services sector, especially in fund management or treasury, the candidate should have familiarity with payment processing and treasury services. Proficiency in English is required, with German being advantageous. The role demands precision, an eagerness to learn, teamwork skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
