Job Description

This position requires a motivated professional to support a team that provides services to a growing client base. The role offers a chance for individual onboarding and professional growth as part of an international team that values open dialogue, collaboration, and team spirit.

Responsiblities

– Handle investment capital transactions and confirm wire payments.- Maintain treasury systems with both internal and external data.- Interact with external parties like partners and banks.- Support the data processing team and handle incoming investment documents such as filing and uploading.- Assist in cleaning up data within systems and managing documents.- Oversee centralized email inboxes and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Required Qualifications

– Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.- Minimum of two years relevant experience in financial services, preferably in funds or treasury.- Experience in payment processing and treasury is advantageous.- Proficiency in English is required, and German skills would be beneficial.- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
