Job Description

This exciting position seeks a motivated financial professional who will join a dedicated team of fund administration specialists. Responsiblities

– Handle investment capital calls and distributions; process wire payment confirmations. – Maintain the Treasury System with both internal and external information. – Engage with external parties, including banks and general partners. – Support the team responsible for inbound data processing. – Organize and manage incoming investment documents, including filing and uploading. – Assist with system data cleanup and document management. – Oversee centralized email communications. – Undertake additional tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

– Completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a higher degree in business, finance, or accounting. – Possess at least two years of experience in the financial services sector, particularly in funds or treasury. – Experience in payment processing and treasury operations is advantageous. – Proficient in English, with additional skills in German as a benefit. – A committed professional who approaches tasks with precision and a desire for knowledge. – A team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
