Job Description

Responsiblities

– Process investment capital dealings and confirm payment transactions accurately. – Maintain and update internal and external data within the Treasury System. – Engage with third parties such as financial partners and banks. – Support data processing operations within the inbound team. – Organize and manage incoming investment documents, including filing and uploading tasks. – Assist in system data clean-up and document management. – Manage centralized communication inboxes. – Execute additional tasks as directed, ensuring comprehensive role engagement.

Required Qualifications

– Completed commercial apprenticeship or higher education in fields like business administration, accounting, or finance. – Minimum of two years’ experience in financial services with preference for those familiar with funds and treasury. – Experience in payment processing and treasury operations is beneficial. – Proficient English is essential; German skills are advantageous. – Detail-oriented and committed to learning, enhancing professional skills. – Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
