Job Description

Operating as a multi-family office, the role involves handling an existing portfolio of international clients, collaborating closely with a dedicated banking team. Responsiblities

Manage a portfolio of family assets distributed across Europe and South America. Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring continuous communication and anticipating client needs. Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships by understanding financial objectives and offering customized solutions. Assist families in navigating complex holding structures and governance. Provide comprehensive advice and investment services to HNWI/UHNWI clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Maintain transparency and clarity in financial discussions, acting as a trusted advisor on wealth management and transfer.

Required Qualifications

Significant experience as a Relationship Manager or Account Manager with a personal portfolio of HNWI/UHNWI clients in a Family Office, Bank, or similar setting. Skilled in recognizing client needs and delivering personalized financial advice along with market updates. Capable of fostering strong, trust-based client relationships. Possess strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and committed to compliance standards. An adaptable and proactive problem-solver with a client-first approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse range of clients. Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Spanish and/or German is advantageous.
