Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a top-tier Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences from a recognized institution. They need to have at least two years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance sectors, either directly within the industry or through consulting roles. A strong interest in IT and complex systems such as integration platforms or core insurance systems is essential. Mastery in both English and German, combined with excellent analytical, conceptual skills, and a strong ability to work in a team, is essential.
