Job Description

Responsiblities

Conduct independent prospective and retrospective risk analysis across various asset classes including equities and fixed income. Track portfolio risk exposures, using tools like VaR and tracking error. Analyze performance attributions and contributions across investment strategies. Work collaboratively with portfolio management and compliance teams to maintain data quality and report accurately. Contribute to the ongoing development of risk and performance measurement frameworks and methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have an advanced degree in finance or a related field and several years of hands-on experience in risk management and performance analysis within asset management or a similar environment. A high level of analytical precision and the ability to transform complex data into coherent insights are essential. Proficiency in industry tools like Bloomberg and risk models, as well as strong Python skills, are required. Excellent detail orientation and pragmatic work methodology are important. Excellent English communication skills are required; knowledge of German is beneficial. Must hold a valid Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship and be able to work entirely on-site.
