Job Description

A financial management firm located in Liechtenstein is seeking an individual to join a specialized team focused on fund management operations. The workplace environment is collaborative and supportive, enhancing personal development.

Responsiblities

– Assist with various day-to-day tasks related to the operational side of the fund business, such as handling the billing process, managing contracts, and monitoring fee flows.- Work with both internal and external service providers to address outsourcing management and other daily concerns.- Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and manage issues related to fund taxation, including annual reports.- Engage in challenging fund structuring projects and support diverse business management activities within a close-knit team of operations, risk management, and compliance experts.

Required Qualifications

– Completed commercial apprenticeship or advanced degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.- At least two years of relevant experience in operational fund management, including areas such as fund administration, fund accounting, fund structuring, and related banking services.- Proficiency in German and English business communication is necessary.- Capability to work independently with effective priority management and keen attention to detail.- Strong team collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on delivering high-quality results and taking responsibility for team-managed matters.
