We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Employee to become part of our dynamic team.

Responsiblities

The role involves responding to customer inquiries and managing complaints. You’ll be responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing orders, as well as managing invoicing documentation by entering orders into our management system. Other tasks include document archiving, reporting, managing shipments, providing product and service information, addressing and resolving issues, updating customer records based on interactions, and maintaining knowledge of the products and services offered.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have prior experience in customer service, sales, or similar fields. The role requires the ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize and multitask effectively, and maintain a positive and professional attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and Italian are required, along with a good level of English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
