Job Description

Responsiblities

Engage in the daily operations of fund management, including overseeing billing processes, managing contracts, and monitoring fee flows. Collaborate effectively with various internal and external service providers and act as a key point of contact for outsourcing management. Coordinate and prepare regulatory reports, manage fund tax matters, and participate actively in fund structuring projects. Work closely within a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Requires a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in the operational fund business. Proficiency in both German and English is necessary. The ideal candidate should possess strong priority management skills and be a team player with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
