A prominent group operates in Switzerland to enhance the ease and safety of invoice-based purchasing with installment options for retailers. The team creates extensive solutions by incorporating credit checks, fraud prevention, invoicing, and pre-financing. This position involves managing the entire process of creating new features, focusing on gathering requirements and assessing their business impact. Collaboration with development teams and other stakeholders is essential to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Responsiblities

This role requires analyzing product requirements and defining new product features, as well as maintaining a well-organized product backlog. Effective communication with business stakeholders is crucial to facilitate prioritization. The job involves shaping the product based on qualitative and quantitative insights while validating hypotheses through a data-driven approach. Establishing and monitoring business KPIs is necessary to ensure actions are taken when needed. Close cooperation with an agile development team contributes to the continuous delivery of value.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have at least three years’ experience in product management or a related field such as project management. A strong sense of ownership and enthusiasm for driving innovation in a fast-paced environment is required.
