Responsiblities

Lead and coordinate all project team efforts, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Approve technical design documents and oversee the overall planning activities. Maintain robust communication channels with stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. Spearhead negotiations to align resources effectively. Prepare detailed specifications and comprehensive engineering documents, ensuring projects are executed according to the desired standards. Contribute actively during the commissioning phases to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Seeking candidates with a strong background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with at least five years of professional experience in thermal processes. Familiarity with evaporation and crystallization processes is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiating skills and organizational prowess. Proficiency in both English and German is essential, supplemented by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be willing to travel internationally as required by projects.
