Job Description

Responsiblities

In this role, you will manage a skilled project team, oversee the review and approval of design documents, and plan all project activities strategically. Your responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with clients and suppliers and handling negotiations through relevant departments. You will also prepare engineering documents and participate in the design and commissioning of projects.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a background in chemical or mechanical engineering, coupled with at least five years of experience in thermal processes, such as evaporation and crystallization. Proficiency in negotiation and organizational skills are essential, along with fluency in both English and German. Strong analytical and communication skills are also required, and an openness to international travel is expected.
