As a Credit Monitoring Officer, you will bring flexibility and structure, with a keen interest in credit operations and financial products management.

Responsiblities

You will conduct credit assessments to support the bank’s financial services, managing guarantees throughout their lifecycle. In this role, you will perform comprehensive second-level controls on lending portfolios and participate in internal reporting for credit and risk oversight. A collaborative working relationship with departments such as Trading, Product Management, Relationship Management, and Legal & Compliance will be essential.

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have completed an apprenticeship or obtained higher education in Banking or Finance. Additional training in financial product management or a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a credit-related role within a financial institution is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial messaging are necessary. The role demands problem-solving skills, prioritization, a hands-on approach, organizational competence, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. Fluency in English is essential, while knowledge of German and French is advantageous.
