Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, responsible for managing diverse operational aspects of fund management. This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective handling of regulatory reports, as well as participation in structuring projects.

Responsiblities

Handle the daily management of fund operations including billing, contract oversight, and fee monitoring. Collaborate and manage relationships with service providers, oversee outsourcing tasks, and coordinate regulatory report preparation. Engage in fund structuring projects and support various business management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess a background in business administration, accounting, or finance, preferably with a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent degree. A minimum of two years’ experience in fund operations or with a management company is required. Fluency in German and proficiency in English are crucial, alongside strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
