This position is part of a branch focused on distributing orthopedic surgical products, including those for hip, knee, and shoulder procedures. The role requires a committed and enthusiastic individual ready to contribute to the team.

Responsiblities

The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries and oversee complaints and claims. Responsibilities also include handling reception tasks, processing and controlling orders, managing invoicing documentation, entering orders into the management system, and archiving documents. Additionally, shipment management, product information provision, troubleshooting, and update customer records based on interactions will be part of the role. Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services is essential.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, particularly within a similar industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, are required.
