Job Description

As an integral part of a company established in 2013 supplying surgical products in Switzerland, you will join a dynamic team. The company distributes cutting-edge products for hip, knee, and shoulder surgeries. We are on the lookout for a passionate and committed individual to enhance our customer service.

Responsiblities

– Manage customer inquiries and address complaints or claims efficiently. – Oversee the reception, verification, and processing of orders. – Handle all relevant invoicing and documentation tasks. – Accurately enter orders into the management system. – Archive documents systematically and generate necessary reports. – Coordinate and manage shipments effectively. – Provide customers with information about various products and services. – Resolve issues and concerns related to products effectively. – Keep customer records updated based on interactions. – Continuously expand knowledge base on company products and services.

Required Qualifications

– Proven experience in customer service roles. – Strong communication skills with attention to detail. – Ability to handle tasks independently and as part of a team. – Proficient in using order management and CRM systems. – Familiarity with orthopaedic surgical products is preferred.
