Job Description

Responsiblities

– Oversee the entire settlement and booking process covering securities, cash, and digital assets, including transactions and corporate actions. – Conduct daily reconciliations of positions and transactions and resolve discrepancies. – Manage the security master file and relationships with correspondent banks. – Ensure accurate accounting and bookkeeping across all systems. – Prepare regulatory and client reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards. – Collaborate with IT teams to test and enhance platform features. – Aid compliance and client teams in managing client data.

Required Qualifications

– A Master’s degree in business, economics, banking, or accounting. – 8-10+ years of experience in back-office operations within a regulated financial setting. – Proven ability to manage a small team efficiently. – Expertise in settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting for both traditional and digital assets. – Interest in crypto and blockchain technologies is advantageous. – Fluent in English; proficiency in French is beneficial.
