The company is in search of a passionate individual to join the customer service team.

Responsiblities

The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, managing the reception, control, and processing of orders, handling relevant invoicing documentation, and entering data into the management system. It includes document archiving, reporting, and overseeing shipment management. The individual will provide information about products and services, troubleshoot and resolve product issues, and update customer records based on interactions. Developing and maintaining knowledge about evolving products and services is essential.

Required Qualifications
