Responsiblities

Manage daily liquidity across multiple currencies and legal entities efficiently. Develop strategies for both short-term and long-term funding, ensuring all financial transactions are executed smoothly. Work closely with financial institutions to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements. Deliver comprehensive analyses on financial health, including liquidity, financing, and risk management, to senior management. Optimize asset allocation and investment portfolios for maximum returns while managing insurance contracts and claims with meticulous attention to detail. Spearhead the development and evolution of digital tools to enhance treasury process efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field; certifications in treasury are desirable. Possess extensive experience in a treasury environment within global companies or financial institutions. Demonstrate expertise in liquidity management, financing, and currency-related topics. Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems, SAP, or similar platforms is vital, alongside a solid grasp of IT systems. Exhibit strong analytical abilities, a structured work strategy, and a deep comprehension of financial dynamics. Communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders, establishing and refining processes continuously. Proficiency in German and English is required, with additional languages being beneficial.
