This international company provides a great opportunity to contribute as a Group Pricing and Underwriting Specialist. Located in Zürich, this dynamic role allows you to influence pricing and underwriting strategies effectively across various markets and levels.

Responsiblities

As a core part of the Underwriting team, your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring frameworks for Life Scheme Underwriting and Pricing. You will conduct expert reviews, advise on complex underwriting cases, and contribute valuable insights to enhance underwriting tools and processes. Your role involves strengthening local capabilities through comprehensive training and knowledge transfer, performing technical reviews, and recommending improvements to mitigate emerging risks.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in group pricing or scheme underwriting in fields like life, disability, health insurance, or reinsurance. An actuarial background is beneficial. Expertise in data analytics is crucial for converting technical insights into pragmatic recommendations. Experience working internationally and across diverse markets is required. Proficiency in group protection products and underwriting principles is essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional languages are advantageous.
