Responsiblities

Lead and direct project team activities, ensure approval of design documents, and manage full project planning. Establish robust communication channels with customers and suppliers, calculate essential engineering parameters, and negotiate terms through procurement and sales teams. Prepare comprehensive specifications and engineering documents, develop project designs, and work actively on commissionings.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must possess a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of five years’ experience in thermal processes. Preferably have expertise in evaporation and crystallization processes. Strong negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential. Fluency in English and German is mandatory. International travel readiness is also required.
