Responsiblities
Guide clients through the setup and personalization of services, including advanced training sessions. Manage assigned client portfolios, nurturing robust and enduring relationships. Recognize opportunities for expansion and renewal, collaborating with the sales team to support these initiatives. Deliver specialized training sessions to fulfill unique client requirements. Maintain clear, prompt communication with clients in multiple languages, ensuring effective support and issue resolution by liaising with internal teams when necessary. Utilize product knowledge to bolster overall team support activities, prioritizing engagements based on client importance and strategic goals.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a socially adept individual who thrives in connecting and forging durable client relationships. Demonstrable experience in a similar capacity, ideally within a dynamic tech-focused environment, is essential. A deep understanding of technology, cultivated through formal education or practical experience, is essential. Proficiency in multiple languages, especially German and English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate intricate technical concepts succinctly and clearly. A customer-centric approach with the capacity to balance advocating user needs with setting realistic expectations. Capable of multitasking across varied responsibilities within customer success and support, adapting swiftly to varying priorities.
