Currently experiencing rapid expansion, they are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their dynamic team in Zürich. The role demands taking full ownership of customer accounts throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing management, ensuring the delivery of a consistently excellent experience. This involves being the key point of contact for customers and helping them derive maximum value from the platform, ensuring they always feel supported.
Responsiblities
Guide clients through the onboarding process, including setup, configuration, and training sessions. Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned customer accounts post-signing, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration with the sales team on upsell initiatives. Deliver customized training to meet specific customer requirements and maintain timely communications in English and German. Provide support, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams for resolution, and contribute product expertise as needed. Prioritize customer interactions and tasks based on strategic considerations and business impact.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate is naturally people-oriented with proven experience in customer success, preferably within a dynamic SaaS environment. They possess a solid understanding of information technology and demonstrate strong communication skills in German and English. Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly, they focus on advocating for users while setting realistic expectations. The ability to work across customer success and support seamlessly, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, is crucial. They should be skilled at managing multiple accounts and balancing competing demands effectively.
