Job Description

This position is with a well-regarded financial institution known for its strong global reputation. As a leader in the financial team, you will manage accounting, operational, and risk management tasks ensuring the smooth running of the bank’s operations. This position requires a presence in Geneva, focusing on overseeing financial operations and aligning them with strategic goals.

Responsiblities

Lead and supervise all accounting, treasury, and support operations to maintain compliance and accuracy. Assess and manage operational and compliance risks. Oversee monthly financial reports and legal compliance. Improve operational procedures and ensure adherence to audit recommendations. Support human resources processes, manage payroll, and contribute to strategic projects and board reporting.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in accounting and finance management, particularly in the Swiss banking sector with strong knowledge of FINMA regulations. Proven leadership experience in a similar role or in a major auditing firm, especially with Swiss Category 4 or 5 banks. Proficiency in French and English, strong IT prowess, and a preference for Swiss residency.
