Responsiblities
Lead and manage software project teams by effectively coordinating resources, performance management, and maintaining a cohesive team focused on common objectives. Handle project issues, risks, and assumptions with regular reporting to find viable solutions and ensure project success. Communicate clearly within the organization and with customers to effectively manage project changes throughout the lifecycle. Control costs to ensure that projects are completed within the agreed budget and standards. You will oversee all major project milestones, including participating in onsite tests when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have a strong technical background and hold a degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Certification in project management and familiarity with software management tools, especially within the Siemens and Atlassian frameworks, are expected. A history of successful project management in international contexts with skilled engineers and managers is essential. Experience in managing software projects related to IT integration, intralogistics, or supply chain is advantageous. Fluency in German and English is required, with French being a plus; a valid driver’s license is also necessary.
