Responsiblities

Engage in quantitative and qualitative analysis of local and international businesses. Underwrite and decide on credit risks following internal guidelines. Define underwriting strategies for key buyer groups and regularly monitor and assess credit quality within the portfolio. Maintain frequent contact with key clients and evaluate sector-specific outlooks. Coordinate with the sales team in relevant regions.

Required Qualifications

Possess at least 8 years of experience in underwriting or a similar function. Hold a degree in economics, finance, or related disciplines. Exhibit excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset. Be fluent in both German and English, with additional languages being advantageous. Showcase analytical skills with attention to detail, and ensure constructive decision-making. Be open to a growing environment and transformation.
