Job Description

An opportunity exists with a respected company known for its impact on international trade and financial transactions. We are expanding our team to include a Trade Finance Expert with profound knowledge in documentary instruments. The role requires managing international transactions in challenging environments efficiently and effectively.

Responsiblities

Oversee the processes related to Letters of Credit and bank guarantees, including issuing, advising, confirming, and monitoring. Ensure compliance of documents in line with UCP 600, ISBP, ICC rules, and SWIFT standards. Identify and manage risks associated with documentation, contracts, and operations. Foster and maintain strong relationships with correspondent banks and global partners. Drive improvements in internal processes, control frameworks, and facilitate training within the team.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have 3 to 10 years of experience in Trade Finance, either in banking, trading, or financial institutions. A strong background in documentary trade instruments, compliance, and risk management is essential. Proficiency in digital tools such as SWIFT, Excel, and Trade Finance systems is required. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory; German language skills are beneficial. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
