Job Description

This position is centered on providing administrative and operational support across various compliance activities within a fast-paced financial environment. The role demands a focus on intricate details and a methodical approach to ensure seamless operations.

Responsiblities

The responsibilities include daily management of compliance tasks such as monitoring transactions for irregularities, ensuring adherence to sanctions, coordinating account opening processes, conducting comprehensive reviews of accounts, performing client due diligence checks, classifying corporate documents accurately, and fulfilling other administrative duties as assigned. Additional tasks can arise spontaneously and necessitate prompt attention.

Required Qualifications

A legal background with a degree in this field is required, while a Master’s in Economic Law is considered beneficial. The candidate should possess a robust understanding of international jurisdictions and corporate documentation across various regions. Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework of Switzerland’s banking and financial sectors is essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills being advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical practices, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of analytical reasoning, and have a solid grounding in IT, particularly with Microsoft tools.
