Job Description

Responsiblities

Develop software solutions in C++ for embedded and desktop applications; Program low-level software for microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex-M and STM32; Collaborate closely with electronics teams to integrate software and hardware; Oversee the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation; Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality through automated testing; Support and troubleshoot commissioning and optimization of prototypes and series products; Contribute to international projects across different time zones and teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Several years of experience in C++ software development, ideally with modern C++17 or newer; Strong knowledge of embedded programming and low-level development; Familiarity with common embedded toolchains, debuggers, version control (Git), and build systems; Analytical mindset, strong sense of ownership, and team-oriented working style; Proficient in German and fluent in English; Knowledge of French is an advantage.
